Policies

CLASSES:

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class starts to allow for set-up time.

Please arrive on time so that the class is not disturbed.

I will be unable to let you into the class more than 5 minutes after it has started.

The booking system allows you to reschedule online classes yourself up to 3 hours before they start.

PAYMENT:

My booking system accepts all major credit/debit cards.

Please contact me for bank details if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Online classes can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 3 hours before they start via the booking system.

Please note my cancellation policy for in-person events & private sessions: within 24 hours: full fee | within 48 hours: 50% of fee
