For me, dancing is one of the best ways to release stress, let go of negative emotions, exercise my body, switch off from the thinking mind & have some fun. Come & experience these benefits for yourself with me...

I am a qualified EAD® teacher, a powerful, transformative method that restores our natural state of wellbeing & brings healing to our lives through dance.

This is not a dance 'class' where you learn or follow specific steps or moves, but a non-judgemental space where we dance like nobody's watching. When the dance becomes a meditation we open up to our innate joy & ease of being.

The dance is followed by a deeply relaxing True Rest meditation where we open up to insight, clarity, wisdom & stillness.

You will leave feeling recharged, refreshed, rejuvenated & rested!
